Sports Physicals
There will be sports physicals at In Motion Therapy on Tuesday, May 21 from 4:30 to 7:30pm. The cost is $25.00 with discounts for multiple student families. All proceeds go directly to the MHS and OHS sports medicine programs. Students under the age of 18 must have their health questionnaire signed by a parent prior to arrival. Forms will be available at MHS. Please call In Motion Therapy at 970-249-1646 with any questions.
